My research examines the interpersonal processes of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. I study how managers, coworkers, and networks shape how creative ideas are developed and advanced. 

I received my Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
